Checkout is unavailable
If checkout says payments are not configured, the store is not accepting purchases yet. No payment is taken when checkout cannot start.
Find your downloads
Return to the order page in your original checkout browser once payment is confirmed. Keep that browser's cookies and save a backup of the downloaded files. Downloads are not currently available across devices.
Access the dashboard
Sign in with the ChatGPT account matching your store owner or team email. Team members need permissions assigned by the owner. Being signed in alone does not grant dashboard access.

Check the product page for compatibility, included files, and license terms. Setup instructions are included with each asset when provided by its creator.
